How do you describe your own art practice?
I mostly work with photography and sculpture. Part of my practice is to publish my own books.

Which question or theme is central in your work?
My work is based on observing and witnessing the everyday life. Aspects of not-belonging, biography and my own role within society’s system are central to my work.

What was your first experience with art?
Not sure if it was the first one, but I got my first photo camera when I was about seven years old and made a book with the photos I took. I still have the book.

What is your greatest source of inspiration?
It’s boredom, everything »normal«, the everyday things, surfaces and materials and the people within, of cause.

What do you need in order to create your work?
Being on my own and with my close ones, getting realy bored, spending a lot of time in the same settings. But also being challenged by being invited to other contexts to contribute.
