Tique Salon #9: Kim Gorus

Kim Gorus (b. 1982, Brussels) is artistic and financial director of KultuurKaffee, a multidisciplinary arts centre at the heart of the Free University of Brussels (VUB). Until 2017 she was connected to St Lucas School of Arts Antwerp as a researcher, editor and lecturer, focussing on artist’s books and visual writing.

At Tique Salon, Kim Gorus will talk about her selection for Tique Display, a quarterly selection of special art publications.

Each quarter Tique, together with malenki.net and a guest, selects and exhibits art publications that need to be seen.

The publications will be exhibited in Tique | art space and also featured online at the website of Tique | art paper. In addition, events with artists and publishers will be held to delve deeper into the process behind the (exhibited) publications.

Tique Salon is formulated and organized by Katrin Kamrau (malenki.net) and Welmer Keesmaat (Tique).
